Wouldn't those annoying christofascists continuously taping him amount to harassment? I think that atheist should press charges.
Just try to imagine the opposite case: a couple of atheists following a lone Christian trying to disprove God, would the Christian try to argue back so much? Or would he scream "persecution!" and make a scene about it?
