As for being "horrible", no human being who has ever lived can measure up to the god of the Bible. It is the poster child for horror. Get your pious head out of your butt and read your fucking Bible, lady. You are obviously worshipping "Yahweh Lite", the touchy-feely never-did-anything-wrong god... Not the god of the Bible.
It is also interesting how most of you mouth breathers can't spell the most basic of words that you throw at Christians, whose only crime (and in fact, true religion) is loving others.
By the way, I wish to point out that at times, I too have been disallusioned with Christianity, but have decided that the importance is not in the accuracy (for just one example...let's be honest, how likely is it that the pharow of egypt would keep chasing his slaves after all the crap he went through whilst doing so...), or in the Christians (lets be honest, most of us, myself included, are a bunch of hypocrites), but in the IDEA...and the idea is to love others, and be kind to them. No matter how twisted and perverted this idea becomes once interpretted by humans (i.e., "The Church," "The Crusades," "Mr. Rogers"). In keeping with bringing up thoughts of accuracy, BTW, I have been thinking alot about the possibility of "Noah's Arc." All species on one boat? Well, since I am not an ex-Christian (stumbled on the site totally by accident), I can only presume that not as many species had evolved at that point (yes...Christians believe in scientific facts like "evolution" and "gravity" too...). What do youn all think?

The rest of your rant is far too chaotic for me to make heads or tails of, therefore I have no comment in response. Perhaps if you endeavored to make your points a bit more systematically and coherently, there'd be something that someone would find worth responding to.
Regardless, the proverb stands: If you find it necessary to throw stones, be sure you don't end up stoning yourself. Or if you prefer another proverb: "He who is without sin, let him throw the first stone."

That's an ad hominem argument, David. Insults do nothing to further your case.

No, that is *not* why we find Christianity so repulsive. I, myself, have no problem whatsoever with the concept of love. But love is not what we tend to get from the various religious bigots who visit this site. We are regularly insulted or threatened with hellfire. Outside the site there are Christian theocrats lobbying in government, trying to impose their religion's morality on the rest of us. Generally, Christians' practice of their own religion is hindering our ability to live our finite lives in ways of our own choosing.

Christianity never, ever had a monopoly on the concept of being kind to others. People have been kind to others since people began. Otherwise, we would have killed ourselves off hundreds of thousands of years ago.
The vast majority of anonymous posters here are visiting Christians, and the majority of those exhibit atrocious spelling and/or grammar. In fact, many seem to be functionally illiterate.
Another common theme among Christian visitors is the rapidity with which they cast aspersions (as you just did). Have you taken the time to understand what this site is about? Do you understand any of the positions taken by the regulars here?
